Payment & commercial fees
- Artworks can be for personal and commercial use. Commercial use will be double or more the original price- Mode of payment can be via GCash, Paypal or Ko-fi- Additional Characters will be half the price of the commission type- I accept down-payments. Half before I send the sketch and the final work will be sent after the full payment- Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in: Twitch, Youtube & Tiktok- Emote and PNGtuber prices already have commercial use rates applied, does not double in price
general
- First come, first serve- References are required, you can send as many as you want. Detailed descriptions are also a great help but I find it much easier to work with a reference image- No rushed works. TAT depends on commission type per piece (depending on the complexity and my schedule.)- Strictly no discounts- Please credit me when posting the work online. I will also be posting the artwork on my different social media accounts- I am most active on Twitter. Please don't hesitate to send me a message there- Will only do transparent/simple backgrounds- Final product will be sent via email in PNG format. Emotes will be via google drive- Don't be shy. Please don't hesitate to tell me if you want to change something or if for whatever reason you're not interested in commissioning anymore. I only want to give you artwork that you can be satisfied with and so I can tend to the next client.- Client can ask for updates via Twitter. I will also be updating you after some significant progress on the art- Commissions are accepted via Twitter, Facebook & Instagram DMs- Not responding after 3 days of accepting your commission, will cancel your application- I have the right to log any and all conversations about the commission- I have the right to refuse your commission request- I have the right to draw personal work while doing your commission

major revisions/refunds/cancel
- I have the right to refuse a request if I think it's too difficult or uncomfortable- Strictly no refunds and no cancellations especially if your request was already acknowledged. Unless for some reason I cannot continue the request- Major design changes that’s entirely different to the original order will be considered as a new commission and therefore liable to be charged full price- Major changes made after the lineart is finished will charged half the original commission rate- For cancelling your commission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before payment ensues
privacy
- Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken- Information about clients will be kept confidential from other people asking until client says otherwise
copyright
- Please credit me with @Gale/@GaleArt_Acount on your bio when posting the work online. I will also be posting the artwork on my different social media accounts- Do not claim my work as your own- Copyright belongs to and remains with me- Please let me know if you don’t want me to post your finished commission beforehand- Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission- Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT or legal action will be taken
